TheKCAB cordially invites you to 34th Seoul IDRC Lecture Series – “Reform of ISDS: What are the expectations? What can be done?”. The Guest Lecturer is Ms. Anna Joubin-Bret. (Secretary, United Nations Commission on International Trade Law and Director, Division on International Trade Law, Office of Legal Affairs, United Nations). Following the lecture, a panel discussion will take place with Professor Jaemin Lee (Seoul National University School of Law) and Mr. Jae Min Jeon (Partner, Shin & Kim LLC).
